-2 cups of water
-1 cup of green clay (powder)
-1/4 cup of salt

How to prepare:
Take a pot and boil the 2 cups of water. Then, add the salt and mix until it melts. Add also the olive oil and mix again. While you keep stirring, add gradually the clay powder. Try to regulate the amount of powder and water so that the mixture becomes a nice cream. Remove the cream from the heat and let it cool. Then you have to take a bath with lukewarm water so that the skin pores open. The next step is to place the towels on the floor in the spot you are going to lie later and to wrap your body there with the membrane. You should stay wrapped for approximately 1 hour and then the final step is to take a cool bath and close your skin pores.

-1 ripe avocado
-1 cup of sour cream
-1/4 cup of aloe vera (gel)

The first step is to mass the avocado using a fork or a mixer. Then, put it in a pan in low heat and add 1 cup of sour cream and mix them. The next step is to add the aloe vera gel.
